Pretty + Easy: How to Make a Decoupaged Fabric Necklace

Does anyone else have a habit of hoarding little scraps of fabric “just in case.” I don’t know why I do this, but I just hate to waste any piece of beautiful fabric that I’ve bought. So this season, as part of my big clean-out, I found a great way to showcase the prettiest scraps: decoupaged necklaces.

Here’s how to make your own easy decoupaged necklaces. Click on the images to see close-up shots, and be sure to click to that last image — it’s your invitation for a chance to win a gift card!

First gather your supplies. The main things you’ll need are your scrap fabric, wooden tags, and Mod Podge. Then, just find some necklace supplies that you think will go well with your fabric.

Next, trace your tag onto the back of your fabric with a colored pencil and cut it out.
