We love a good party at Made + Remade. And our Home for the Holidays party series with HGTV’s Design Happens might be the best yet. Actually, it’s totally the best yet. And I’m not saying that because I made the place card holders.
The aesthetic (and a color palette I’ve absolutely fallen in love with and will use at my wedding), the how-tos, the luxe desserts. It’s all homegrown from our bloggers and editors. That’s the best part.
And to continue this celebration, we’re throwing a party on our Pinterest account to talk about all of these fabulous projects! Consider it the ultimate after party so you can recreate the look for your own party. Editors Kelly Smith Trimble and Liz Gray will be your official party hosts. They dreamed up the whole cross-collaboration with Design Happens and Made + Remade.
Really, you don’t want to miss this. Mark your calendars now.
When: Thursday, Dec. 12 from 8-10 p.m. ET
Where: Our Home for the Holidays Pinterest board
Why: Chat with editors about their projects and repin ideas.
Attire: PJs! Because no one will see you. Seriously, you think I’m kidding. But I’ll be rocking the flannel.
If you’ve never been to a Pinterest party before, here are some things to remember:
- Go directly to the board URL. It’s much easier to follow all the party pins than in your feed.
- When you’re on the party board, remember to keep refreshing the page so new pins load.
- You can click through the pin image to the project how-to or repin the image to save it for later.
Don’t have a Pinterest account yet? You can sign up here through Facebook or with email.
Hope to see you at the party!
