Toolsday Giveaway: Win FrogTape Painters Tape

In order to be eligible to win last Toolsday’s (a.k.a. Tuesday) prize, we asked you to guess the identity of a little gadget with a big loop on the bottom.  Most folks knew it was a belaying and rappelling device used for rock climbing.

We randomly picked one winner from all the comments and that lucky person is lzy1, who knew what the mystery gadget was.  Congratulations lzy1, you have one week to respond to our email before pick another winner.

Next Tuesday we’ll be giving away FrogTape. It is the only painters tape treated with PaintBlock technology, a super-absorbent polymer which reacts with latex paint and instantly gels to form a micro-barrier that seals the edges of the tape, preventing the paint from bleeding. The result: Very sharp paint lines.

Planning a wedding?  Congratulations.  Let us help you plan and execute the big day. We have ideas and instructions for DIY centerpieces, wedding favors, and cake toppers. Plus,  find advice on photography, logistics/planning, menu ideas and signature cocktail recipes.

To enter the FrogTape painters tape giveaway, post a comment (click “comment” above) and tell us what this old-timey red gadget is. You don’t have to answer correctly to win; we will randomly pick one winner.

On Tuesday, April 9, we will select the winner then start up a new giveaway for another tool, which will be given away the Tuesday after that.

You have until April 9, 2013, 2:00pm (ET) to enter to win the Frog Tape

Official Rules.
