In order to win last week’s Toolsday prize, you had to guess the identity of a telescoping tool sitting on a bracket. Most folks knew it was a jewelry maker’s ring-sizer mandrel. We randomly picked one winner out of all last week’s comments and that lucky person is Patti, who knew exactly what it was. Congratulations Patti, you’ve got one week to reply to our email before we pick another winner.
Next Tuesday, we will be giving away a set of self-organizing goodies including a copy of “SHED Your Stuff, Change Your Life: A Four-Step Guide to Getting Unstuck” by bestselling author, Julie Morgenstern. This 300-page book outlines a four-step plan to get rid of the physical and mental clutter that holds back so many of us. Plus it will show you how to stay organized after you heave the clutter, so you’ll stay on track.
Are you sick and tired of winter, dying to get some backyard projects underway? Start planning. We’ve got plenty of ideas, inspiration and instructions for turning your yard into a spectacular hang out for entertaining and relaxing. We’ve got tips for designing an outdoor kitchen, instructions on how to build a pergola, tiki hut or fire pit. Or do you want to install a backyard horseshoe pit, corn hole game or chess set – we’ve got step-by-step instructions on how to do that too.
To win an organizing kit, post a comment (click “comment” above) and tell us what the contraptions pictured below are used for. You don’t have to answer correctly to win; we will randomly pick one winner.
On Tuesday, February 5, we will select the winner then start up a new giveaway for another tool, which will be given away the Tuesday after that.
You have until February 5, 2013, 2:00pm (ET) to enter to win an organizing kit.
