Tuesday Toolsday: Win a Digital Showerhead

In order to be eligible to win last Toolsday’s (a.k.a. Tuesday) prize, we asked you to guess the identity of a big piece of machinery.  We had a variety of answers; some thought it was used for separating grain, a few people thought it was a milk pasteurizer, and others thought it was part of an oil refinery.  All were wrong. Last week’s mystery machine was a Saturn rocket booster. Not exactly a tool for the DIYer.

We randomly picked one winner from all the comments and that lucky person is Lily, who must be a rocket scientist because she knew it had something to do with rocket engines.  Congratulations Lily, you have one week to respond to our email before we pick another winner.

Next Tuesday two lucky winners will receive a LevAqua showerhead. The LevAqua has five digital-touch settings for maximum water flow optimization.  The showerhead’s settings include a relaxing full-body surround, a pulsating massage, a combo of the previous two, and an eco-saving low-flow setting.

To enter the LevAqua showerhead giveaway, post a comment (click “comment” above) and tell us what the old-timey gadget pictured below is used for. You don’t have to answer correctly to win; we will randomly pick two winners.

Planning a wedding?  Congratulations.  Let us help you plan and execute the big day. We have ideas and instructions for DIY centerpieces, wedding favors, and cake toppers. Plus, you’ll find advice on photography, logistics/planning and menu ideas.

On Tuesday, August 28, we will select the winners of the LevAqua showerheads then start up a new giveaway for another tool, which will be given away the Tuesday after that.

You have until August 28, 2012, 2:00pm (ET) to enter to win the LevAqua showerheads

Official Rules.
