Toolsday Giveaway: Win a Paint Sprayer

Last Toolsday, we showed you a picture of a circular device and asked you to tell us what it is used for. It wasn’t as tricky as we thought it would be — most people knew that it is used to make bows (the kind you put on birthday presents, not shoot arrows).

We randomly picked one winner out of all last week’s comments and that lucky person is Perry Kacik, who thought the mystery tool was used to make deck railing.  Way off Perry, but you still win, you’ve got one week to reply to our email before we pick another winner.

Next Tuesday, we will be giving away a Black & Decker paint sprayer.  Tackle DIY projects quicker and smoother by using a paint sprayer.  With this Black and Decker two-speed model you can paint up to 5x faster than using a paintbrush or roller. The easy-fill canister allows for fast refills or to make it even easier, the paint can be directly fed from the can. When it comes to clean up, the paint can be flushed out the sprayer without taking the whole thing apart.

To win the Black & Decker paint sprayer, post a comment (click “comment” above) and tell us what these mystery items are used for, and no, they are not musical instruments.  You don’t have to answer correctly to win; we will randomly pick one winner.

Are you getting ready to walk down the aisle?  We’ve got DIY projects to make your special day more memorable – and save money at the same time. Download our DIY invites, save-the-dates and place cards; plus find ideas for creating favors, cake toppers, centerpieces and more.

On Tuesday, July 3, we will select the winner then start up a new giveaway for another tool, which will be given away the Tuesday after that.

You have until July 3, 2012, 2:00pm (ET) to enter to win the Black & Decker paint sprayer.
