Toolsday Giveaway: Win a Craftsman Router Kit

Last week we showed you a picture of a two-handled gadget and asked you to identify it.  Not too many correctly guessed its identity – it is an exercise machine made for building upper arms. Fortunately, exercise equipment has made some big advancements.

We randomly picked the winner from all the comments, and that lucky person is Rich from Purcellville, VA, who was one of the few who guessed correctly.

Next Tuesday, we will be giving away Craftsman Router Combo Kit.  The kit includes a 9.5-amp, 1.75 hp fixed-base router with a portable worktable. The handy table has a smooth laminate surface that adjusts to various heights.

To enter the Craftsman Router giveaway, post a comment (click “comment” above) and tell us what this strange-looking tool (below) is used for and what profession uses it? You don’t have to answer correctly to win; we will randomly pick one winner from this post.

Have you been cleaning out grandma’s attic this winter? Not sure what to keep and what to throw out? Find out the telltale signs for identifying antiques and treasures, plus find advice and instructions on how to refinish them.

On Tuesday, January 17, we will select the winner then start up a new giveaway for another tool, which will be given away the Tuesday after that.

You have until January 17, 2012, 2:00pm (ET) to enter to win the Craftsman Router.
