  2. Finally, an easy one (At last for me). My favorite Blog Cabin 2014 landscape feature is…

the PINK FLAMINGOS. The PINK FLAMINGOS were great fun and kept the BLOGGERS busy during the some slow construction periods. I smile every time I see one. :)

  3. I love the outdoor pergola with seating and a living wall. Coming next would be all the gorgeous copper rain gutters. The copper flows around and connects to all that copper. Next is that wonderful garden which I will take good care of if/when I win that comfy, cozy Blog Cabin. Have a great day everyone.<3<3

  4. The outdoor cooking area is done so wonderfully, with the nice counter, grill, and curvy edged patio. Who would not like to just sit there, and enjoy the outdoors? A nice small tent can be erected for parties, to keep you cool, while sipping a nice cold glass of whatever you like.

Secondly, I like how tastefully the generator, and heating unit are placed. Everything is so necessary, yet so neatly placed. What a wonderful home to own, forever and ever.

  5. This is not an easy one for me because there are soooo many wonderful outdoor features to choose from – both man made and natural. I would have to say though, that the area that made my heart sing the most was the Pergola and fire pit area. The Pergola combines nature in the structure with all the hanging plants which I love – so peaceful. It is an all day escape area – daytime for reading a book or taking a nap, and evening for quiet reflection under the hanging lights. The fire pit reminds me of family. We go on a family trip each year to a small cabin in the woods and sit by a fire talking. This fire pit brings those memories alive and will be a great space to continue our tradition of connecting with loved ones and friends. I also like how the wood is part of the fire pit – clean and convenient. :-)

    • I definitely agree with you, the fire pit area is the place in the above design where my eyes got stuck. Not to mention, that the yard has been designed very beautifully. The lush green lawn, the furniture and the fire pit just completes the picture and adds more value to the yard. The backyard of my home has a lush green lawn but the firepit is missing, I recently ordered one for my home from I hope once it gets into my lawn, I'll be able to enjoy more number of romantic evenings along with my girlfriend :)
