Gimme Gimme Giveaway: Live Edge Mirrors

We’re proud to announce the fourth in our series of Gimme Gimme Giveaways. Through the summer we have been giving away treasured items left behind at Blog Cabin 2014 after episode filming wrapped.

What’s the fourth item up for grabs? We’re giving away a collection of live edge mirrors created by the Mega Dens team from recycled wood. See here for tune-in details regarding the Mega Dens episode of Blog Cabin 2014.

To enter for a chance to win the live edge mirrors, take the virtual home tour, and then tell us, via a comment posted below, which interior design feature you love the most.

You have from August 15, 2014 at 9 a.m. ET until Thursday, August 21, 2014, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET to post your comment and thereby enter for a chance to win this mirror collection. On Monday, August 25, 2014, we will randomly select the winner of these live edge mirrors and post the winner in the blog next week.

  3. These are so cute! They would be perfect in my Florida home. My decor style is a mixture of beach, vintage, and salvaged. LOVE IT!

  4. Being an avid reader and a book lover, I have to say that a couple of my favorite features are in the sitting room—the curvy bookshelves and the coffee bean backsplash. It is a tough call, though, for there are so many features to like—the window seat in the master bedroom, the bar area in the kitchen, the mobile island, these fun mirrors, etc. etc. You outdid yourselves both inside and outside—-what a beautiful blog cabin!!!!!!!

  5. I love them all & how they all came together. I like that they kept the transoms over the doorways and the french doors. Reminds me of my grandmothers house in TX. Makes me homesick. Every upcycled piece blows my mind in the level of creativity. Well done all around. :) ))

  6. I love everything also! I, too, love the rustic mirror design, but something I also think is wonderful is the drafting desk in the office! I love the idea that I can lift it and lower if I need it flipped up for a display or just because it is unique in a home office! Love that you added the storage drawers to it.

Really this home is just perfect! Again KUDOS to Dylan, Laurie, Grundy, Doug, Allison, Matt, and the many many others! So many unique features!^_^

  7. My favorite interior design feature of the Blog Cabin 2014 is the coffee bean backsplash behind the coffee bar. SO very clever.

  8. I love the kitchen with that beautiful island in the middle. So many places to store things – and lots of room for meal preparation. What a focal point for happy meal-times with the family. The copper top is beautiful with it's hammered finish.

  9. What a grand location – you have all outdid yourselves. I esp. love the way the views and setting are incorporated into each room . The kitchen island is stunning , the herb window ledge- I could go on … a favorite the whole she-bang.

  10. The live edged mirrors is one of my favorites. It reminds me of a small stream against a leaf colored shore….again….WATER to the lake. : )

There are so many beautiful DIYs in this BC.
