  5. Love the 1920's architecture and I hope they preserve the natural wood floors throughout. Making creative use of that widows walk will be spectacular for the views!!

  7. So far I have only seen a couple things I would definitely change as someone who has spent a good portion of my life cooking for a living that electric range would have to go. There is obviously some kind of L.P.G. or L.N.G. available as witnessed by the fire pit. I am also curious as to what the heating source for the house might be. I lived in Pinellas county for several years and though the days I had to use the heat were comparatively few to what I do now living in the mid west, My bill from Florida Power could double or triple if I used the heat as little as five days out of the month. It is true that the space heaters I was using at the time were not the most energy efficient, however since my only other option was to leave the burners on the cook top burn 24/7 during the cold snaps I chose what I considered the safest choice.. In 1989 I was in Dade County Sept. through Feb.1990. The apartment was floor and walls ceramic tile and no heat what so ever even with the gas oven turned up to the max and a couple of space heaters he place was so cold you could see your breath most of the last three months we were there.so I hope there have been some arrangements for central heat and air also a tankless water heater and perhaps one of the salt free softener systems would be good as I have personally done testing on the water from Polk County and the solids in hat system are beyond belief

  8. I just watched your video and am so wanting to move. I look outside and it's snowing again. We still have 3 feet on the ground and it's the end of March. Anyway love the house and all the original features. Also being on a lake is a huge plus! :D

  10. Love the location .Going to keep an eye on the changes and remodeling done to this place .Would be a perfect place to retire to and I think would definitely be great for a home to live in for the cold winters further north.
