  1. I have Southern roots and have always been a big fan of WRAP AROUND PORCHES. In particular, we love the waterside porch which as advertised, maintains the home's charm and character. The rest of the home is beautiful as well, but there is something about relaxing together enjoying a beautiful coastal view that is our all time favorite! The porch has been wonderfully remodeled and looks so inviting. I love the Robinson Family history of the property ad dream of sitting on that porch imagining their lives and their 7 children running about and playing in the ocean. My husband loves to fish and I can also see myself sitting on the front porch watching from our own awesome pier! I’d have to go and join him!

  2. I must say that I am impressed with the landing, though technically-not a room. Admire the built-ins, the inlay is unique. This is a place where I would like to pull up a rocking chair, let the inner child out to explore. A writers mecca!

  3. I would choose the guest room as my favorite space due to the calming colors and all the beautiful textures in the room. Also , I loved the uniqueness of the headboard.

  4. My favorite place is the waterside porch with those great old style rocking chairs. I could sit there all day, rocking peacefully while gazing out at that wonderful sea view. The whole house is just beautiful, inside and out but my next best place is the dining/kitchen area which is always a hub with my family. I love the lay out
of the kitchen and the bar to sit at and visit as well as the table. That would be when we're not outside enjoying the grounds or fishing from the pier. The blue quilt set is really beautiful and makes the master
bedroom come alive with color. Thumbs up on creating this beautiful home for some fortunate someone

  5. One of my favorite spaces about this house is the great, southern style porches. Sitting & relaxing on the porch with family would be very peaceful & satisfying. It's one thing I have always wanted in a house & would love the opportunity to experience it there in beautiful North Carolina !

  6. The porch is the magnet. To relax and read or watch a storm on the water and then retreat inside to dream.

  7. Good lord, it's all so very beautiful! If I had to choose one room/location, it would be the master bedroom, as it feels so cool and peaceful. The gorgeous hardwood floors, the beautiful colors of the walls and bedding, it looks so comfortable and soothing, exactly as I imagine my bedroom will be someday, albeit a tiny version. Thank you for the "dream tour," I now have so many thoughts on how I would like to make my house my home.

  8. The waterfront porch is absolutely to die for! I can picture getting nestled up in a cozy quilt on those beautiful wooden rocking chairs. It is the ideal, picture perfect spot to invite a great friend over to share coffee and a snack. I would love to win this set to give it to my best friend who just purchased her first place with her soon-to-be husband (wedding bells 1 week away!) at a beachfront condo. It would be amazing!

  9. My favorite space is the master bedroom. The colors are my current favorite, they absolutely make the room pop. I love all the brilliant light from the windows. Hardwood floors are simply amazing to me. And that beach look is so incredibly stylish.
