  4. I really must say a major THANK YOU to Grundy, all the crashers, and all the people behind the scenes, directors and anyone I may have missed naming. After watching all the programs at least two or more times, I realize what it takes to create such a wonderful home. God bless you all and good luck to everyone who has entered to win .

  5. If you win this home and decide not to keep it, will HGTV or DIY buy it from you like they offered in the dream homes? All the taxes have me realizing this dream can't be mine. What a bummer….

    • I have the same question because although I'd love to keep it, I'm afraid my husband would want to sell and buy something more productive…aka, farm ground.

  6. What can I say that hasn't been said. I love your shows, I love your homes, I love everything you do. I can see myself walking the shore line, cooking in the kitchen, and enjoying life to the extremes. I have 12 beautiful grandchildren that would love to come visit Grandma at this fantastic retreat. If I would win this I would be the happiest person in the world. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to express my love for your homes and show and If I don't win this one on to Boston only I don't like the cold but I would adjust. Thank You

  7. I must admit that prior to this Blog Cabin I never had a computer ,or any other device used to vote ,communicate or anything else. So this season has been a huge leap into the 21st century for me! I have a lot
to learn, however, I have learned a lot . So many of you bloggers have such conversations to the point that I can tell that there are many loving, caring people out there. I can feel the caring, the strength that so many bloggers and maybe even non-bloggers , if that's a word.I may make some mistakes but there is something to this blogging-thing, I am going to keep trying. god bless you all. You all have gently pulled me out of the shell that i"ve been in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.:)

  8. I absolutely love this home. It has everything that I would need for my husband and I want. Plenty of room for me to invite my adult children and grand kids and no one could possibly get bored(as kids often say). Three acres of land and plenty of water from Core Sound and ultimately the ocean! The outdoor kitchen is perfect. Meals always taste better outside. An outdoor shower to clean up after a busy day of games and family fun. There is a beautiful porch with table and chairs to play "table"games and rocking chairs to just sit back relax and enjoy the gorgeous scenery. That sounds perfect to me. What a blessing to own this cozy cabin.<3<3

  10. Such a beautiful retreat to renew and just breath! I have been on medical hold for two years with the Army and the first thing I would do if I won the cabin is learn how to breath deep again! What a peaceful place to heal and regroup! What a blessing it would be!
