5. This would be an outstanding place for me to retire in with the pier and all , I am about to turn 73 and my hopes just went through the roof.

9. I love it! On the beach with soothing water sounds as well as a charming house !! As a disabled person, it would be a dream come true. I am mobile, but have a bad back, so walking along the beach – with it being right there – and floating in a boat would be a perfect way for me to get fresh outdoors exposure. Great choice!! I live with a flight of stairs now and have no problem, so the upstairs would be a perfect place for me to have my photography sanctuary/ bedroom. My grandchildren live in Florida, so it would be so much easier to see them, being closer. I can't wait to watch it bloom!
