Wouldn’t You Like These House Keys?
Time is running out. The Blog Cabin 2012 Giveaway entry period ends tomorrow at 5 p.m. ET. Have you been entering twice online daily? Gosh, I hope so!
Let’s do a little daydreaming today. If the phone happens to ring, you answer it and the voice on the other end of the line says, “You are the new owner of Blog Cabin 2012,” what will you do first? When you are handed the keys (yes, those are the actual house keys shown above) and proceed to unlock the door to your new home, what room will you explore first?
I have always voted for HGTV and DIY Sweepstakes……Was worth it to look and dream one day I would live @ Ocean ; however, They would hear me scream in Europe. If I don't Congraluation to the winner.
I am a true friend of DYI an HGTV , my only wish an its great that so many young people are helped but I am a widow now an i know one of thousand that could use your help. So many things were put of because of my husband long illnest . I live in one of the most beautiful state of Kentucky an my view of lake barkley an land between the lakes is beyond words. The sunsets are unforgetful. Please come to our state an help our senior citizens an my house really needs your help.
This is so beautiful, God says call on to Him, and He will answer. I was so touched, because it is so true, seniors don't have the strength or the money to fix or up grade their homes, I am homeless, and just to dream of a warm safe home would be a blessing. I wish you to win . God Bless You.

Just hearing that I won, I know I would cry, I would Thank God for blessing me and for answering my prayer. I would Thank DIY, and the entire team. The first room would be the Laundry room, because, I have being going to the Laundrymat and it is so hard and tiring. Just the thought of a cozy warm and safe living space would be such a blessing. dreaming of a sleep loft, , a kitchennete, , laundry room , and small bathroom that would work. Too bad I'm late for this giveaway. I would've really wanted those keys, especially if they opened a John Hayson-designed house.
If the place is well-furnished, has a fully-stocked kitchen, with cable, internet, and roof vents, then I definitely would. Otherwise doesn't matter too, as long as it won't be too complex to put in ourselves.
If the next place up for grabs has a well-stocked kitchen, relaxing living room, luxurious bathroom, and a comfortable bed with upholstered bedhead, then sign me up. It may sound like too much to ask for, but, let's face it – who wouldn't want to live in a house like that?
If I win, this will be a GOD sent via the best commical professional team I've seen. Ya'll make it look so easy that I want (almost) to do one. I've learned a lot from watching ya'lls show.
